Mary plays with a band known as "3-squared", a trio of three definitely non-square math teachers at George School in Newtown, PA.  They sing an amazing variety of songs, in old-time, folk, and country styles, and they also play traditional dance music, including Irish tunes, polkas, and waltzes.  James Grumbach plays guitar and sings the lead, his voice ranging from growling baritone to light falsetto.  Mary Dart's accordion solos, back-up guitar, and rich vocal harmonies enliven the music.  Kevin Moon adds depth and sophistication with his versatile acoustic bass.  With its clean sound and unusual mix of styles and traditions, this band is not to be missed!
